Account Access

Overview

Account access controls who can use your workspace and what they can do. Invite team members, assign roles, and manage permissions from one place.

View team members

  1. Open Settings from the main navigation.

  2. Click Account Access.

You’ll see all current members and any pending invitations.

Invite a team member

  1. Open Settings from the main navigation.

  2. Click Account Access.

  3. Click Invite Member.

  4. Enter their email address.

  5. Select a role: Admin or Member.

  6. Click Send Invite.

An invitation email is sent automatically. If the person already has an account, the invitation links to your workspace. If not, they can sign up and join.

User roles

Owner - Full control over the account - Can manage billing, delete the account, and transfer ownership - There is one owner per account

Admin - Can invite and remove team members - Can change member roles - Can access account settings

Member - Standard access to contacts, companies, and workflows - Cannot manage team members or account settings

Change a member’s role

  1. Open Settings from the main navigation.

  2. Click Account Access.

  3. Find the team member and click Edit.

  4. Select a new role.

  5. Click Save.

You cannot change your own role.

Remove a team member

  1. Open Settings from the main navigation.

  2. Click Account Access.

  3. Find the team member and click Remove.

  4. Confirm the removal.

Removing a member revokes their access immediately.

Cancel a pending invitation

  1. Open Settings from the main navigation.

  2. Click Account Access.

  3. Find the pending invitation.

  4. Click Cancel.

FAQs

What happens when someone accepts an invitation? They gain access to your workspace with the role you assigned. You’ll be notified when they join.

Can someone decline an invitation? Yes. If declined, the invitation shows as rejected. You can send a new invitation later if needed.

Can I have multiple owners? No. Each account has one owner. Ownership can be transferred but not shared.

What happens to a removed member’s data? Contacts, notes, and tasks they created remain in the account. Only their access is removed.
