Account Settings

Overview

Account settings let you personalize your workspace with a name and logo. These settings apply to everyone in your account.

Change your account name

  1. Open Settings from the main navigation.

  2. Click Account Settings.

  3. Enter a new name in the Account Name field.

  4. Click Save.

Personal accounts display a name based on the owner and cannot be renamed.

Upload an account logo

Add a logo to represent your organization. The logo appears in your workspace and may be visible to contacts in shared workflows.

  1. Open Settings from the main navigation.

  2. Click Account Settings.

  3. Click Choose File under the logo section.

  4. Select an image from your computer.

  5. Click Save.

Supported formats: PNG, JPEG, GIF, or WebP. Maximum file size: 2 MB.

Remove your logo

  1. Open Settings from the main navigation.

  2. Click Account Settings.

  3. Click Remove next to the current logo.

  4. Confirm the removal.

FAQs

Who can change account settings? Only account owners and admins can access and modify account settings.

Why can’t I change my account name? Personal accounts use a default name based on the owner. To use a custom name, you need an organization account.
